The above table shows the burning speeds of the medias and as we can see the FUJIFILM03 cannot burn at over 8x speed with the official firmwares. The following test on the FUJIFILM at 12x speed burning was done with patched firmware

All the discs went up to 12 x speed but the CMC MAG. AE1 & RITEKG05 both dropped down to 8x speed at the 4gig point whereas the FUJIFILM03 maintaind 12x speed to the end saving 5 seconds in the burning time so apart from the two discs dropping off at the top end there is very little to chose between these discs apart from 5 seconds

The PIE/PIF charts shows all these three disc to have excelent burn quality and all well below the limits of most media and from the list we can see that the CMC MAG AE1 to have the minimum errors with the RITEKG05 & FUJIFILM comeing a close second & third. All these results are excellant and there is nothing to chose between them here

The above discs that were burnt at 12x speed show the read speed od the discs The CMCMAGAE1 gave a perfect graph, the RITEKG05 showed signs of faultering at the 4.2gig mark and the FUJIKILM03 had a couple of slight dips around 2.5gigs. All these discs played OK and had zero errors and bearing in mind they were burnt at 50% faster than their rated speed they are all good with the CMCMAGAE1 just haveing the edge here
The following test were all carried out with the official burning 8x speed for the media

All these charts show almost perfect burns and the figures show very little diferances in the mediaall very low error rates

The read speed tests are almost identical and perfect for all the media tested so at the official 8x burn speed there is nothing to chose between any of the discs the only one that faulters slightly is the RITEKG05 burnt at 12x speed but when burnt at 8x speed it is difficult to make a choice.
